Malacañang on Wednesday described as “foul” the report of international news agency Reuters on the involvement of the so-called “Davao Boys” under President Rodrigo Duterte’s war on drugs. Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque declined to give a comment on what he said was a “one-sided story.”“That was a foul report. No comment to one-sided story,” Roque said in statement. ADVERTISEMENTThe Reuters report said the police officers from Davao City, called “Davao Boys,” formed the core group of the anti-drug of Quezon City’s Station 6, tagged as among the most deadly police station in Quezon City. The report said station 6’s officers were said to have killed 108 people in anti-drug operations from July 2016 through June 2017, the campaign’s first year, accounting for 39 percent of the city’s body count.
