Authorities have arrested a 34-year-old police officer assigned at the National Capital Region Police Office-Regional Public Safety Battalion (NCRPO-RPSB) after he stole a motorcycle from a Makati City resident and threatened at gunpoint another person. Buenaflor reportedly took Davelyn Labana’s motorcycle parked in front of his house located along San Jose St., Olympia, Makati City on Tuesday evening.
