At a recent forum with The Manila Times, Pakistan's Ambassador to the Philippines Imtiaz Ahmad Kazi said Islamabad has finalized a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on defense cooperation with the Philippines. He said the agreement was supposed to have been signed by the two countries' defense chiefs. "We look forward that once this MoU on defense cooperation is formalized, we will have more cooperation in many fields, including joint intelligence sharing, counterterrorism efforts.
