At the outset of the meeting, the High Commissioner congratulated Swapon on assuming his new role. The Information Minister highlighted that the rapid expansion of new media globally has opened up fresh opportunities for collaboration between Bangladesh and Pakistan. During the meeting, the High Commissioner invited the Information Minister to visit Pakistan, expressing hope that such a visit would further reinforce bilateral relations between the two countries.
