NEW DELHI: Pakistan returned as a weapon in the Gujarat election campaign again this time, when Prime Minister Narendra Modi insinuated that Congress party leaders, including former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh "met" Pakistan's former foreign minister Khurshid Kasuri and "discussed" the Gujarat election campaign.
