The Malwani police have registered a case against the lifeguard of a four star hotel in Madh island for alleged negligence causing death of a seven year old boy. The body of the seven year old boy was found floating in the pool on Saturday. According to police, Idris Khokhar a resident of Prabhat colony in Santacruz, died in a pool at The Retreat Hotel and Convention Centre in Madh Island. The Malwani police sent the body for post mortem and registered a case of accidental death. "We have acquired the CCTV camera footage and are probing the case further.
