Photo: SuppliedAn equity investment company has bought the PWC Centre for $60 million, marking the second-largest office building transaction in Christchurch, according to Savills New Zealand. The centre, at 60 Cashel St opposite the Bridge of Remembrance, was sold to Maat Consulting Limited. Savills New Zealand managing director Ryan Geddes, who brokered the off-market sale with colleague Jesse Paenga, said it is the second-largest office building transaction in the city. In January, the Vodafone building at 213 Tuam St was sold to a local investment syndicate for $59 million.
