Maserati has revealed an awesome concept that blends '80s and '90s styling, but it's not for production. Called ‘Project Rekall’, the car is based on the Maserati Shamal from the 1990s, a two-door grand tourer based on the BiTurbo that didn’t sell much. Project Rekall was revealed on Maserati's ‘Fuoriserie’ Instagram account and only exists as a series of sketches. As is the norm for concept sketches, the seats look like they have zero padding, but that’s okay because they look awesome. Interestingly, that sounds like Maserati has the capability to build a functional Project Rekall.
