President summons NA session on FridayISLAMABAD: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) has submitted an adjournment motion in the National Assembly (NA) on the statement made by US President Donald Trump, Express News reported. In the motion, PPP said that Trump’s recent statement was insulting and baseless; the statement has been made intentionally to make Pakistan appear to the world as a promoter of terrorism, which we condemn. Trump threatens to cut aid to Palestinian territoriesIt further said that the US should remember the sacrifices made by Pakistan to deal with terrorism. The adjournment motion further said that the US was trying to hide its failure in Afghanistan and the Middle East by making such statements. The motion was submitted by Syed Naveed Qamar, Nafisa Shah, Shazia Marri, Muhammad Yousif Talpur, Aijaz Jakhrani, Dr Azra Fazal Pechuho, Ghulam Mustafa Shah and others.
