According to “The National Interest” report, terrorism has become a low-cost, high-fear model. Pakistan, the United States, the United Kingdom, and China have all designated the BLA as a terrorist organization. The report further revealed that the United States needs to focus on network-based terrorism, and that a joint counterterrorism strategy has become unavoidable.
