During the meeting, Elahi and Khan discussed the meeting between Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) quaid Nawaz Sharif. Khan said his party is not intimidated by the meeting, adding that Prime Minister Imran Khan had already said that the PPP and PML-N were hand in glove. Aleem said it was a good thing that Bilawal went to visit an ailing Nawaz Sharif in prison. The prime minister’s spokesman Naeem ul Haque commenting on Bilawal visiting Nawaz said the meeting was political. Talking to reporters after meeting Nawaz, Bilawal said that he was upset at finding the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo “very ill”.
