PNP contact tracing on as Sinas tests positive – The Manila Times

THE Philippine National Police (PNP) will conduct contact tracings on police personnel and civilian employees who made close contact with PNP Chief Gen. Debold Sinas after he tested positive for Covid-19 last Thursday, said Officer In Charge LtGen. Eleazar said he had already instructed the PNP Health Service to identify and assess all the PNP personnel who got near Sinas during his visits. He said the PNP has already coordinated with the PNP Press Corps for contact tracing of all its members who attended an activity with Sinas last Wednesday at Camp Crame. Based on the contact-tracing protocol for the PNP, close contacts are classified into high-risk and low-risk, based on compliance or noncompliance with minimum health protocols. The health experts themselves said these are tried-and-tested measures to prevent infection and spread of the coronavirus,” said Eleazar.
