Gen. Jonnel Estomo, director of the Anti-Kidnapping Group (AKG), is among the five senior police officials promoted to the next rank. Aside from Estomo, promoted to the rank of Colonel were Rennel Sabaldica, Raymond de Guzman, Ruben delos Santos, and Hordan Pacatiw. In a letter dated November 11, Malacanang informed Interior Secretary Eduardo Ano about the approval of the promotion of the five senior officers.
