"The India of the 21st century cannot stay behind when it comes to technology and infrastructure. So don't you think India's poor and those who live in rural areas should also have mobiles," he asked.Modi said his administration is pulling out all the stops for connectivity. Even US President Trump yesterday talked about Modi's use of technology and social media. "I'm proud to announce that PM Modi and I are world leaders in social media", Trump said after the two leaders' first meeting in Washington yesterday.
