PM Modi started his address by highlighting the contribution of Himachal to the development of the country as well as to the security of the country. PM Modi further added that the people of Himachal have also decided to elect the BJP Government again. Talking about how the people of Himachal will benefit from the growing pharma sector, PM Modi said, “India's identity as a world pharmacy will be strengthened when Himachal becomes a global pharma hub. Himachal is one of the four states in the country where medical device parks are being set up.”PM Modi told people how the double engine government is building premier institutions in Himachal. Whereas in the 8 years before 2014, Himachal Pradesh had received less than Rs 2 thousand crores.”PM Modi finally addressed the infrastructure built by the double-engine government in the sectors of health and welfare.
