State Minister for Cultural Affairs KM Khalid chaired the function organized by the Ministry of Cultural Affairs. Also Read- 21 awarded with Ekushey Padak 2019The Cultural Affairs Ministry had announced the names of the recipients on February 6. The “Ekushey Padak” has been introduced in memory of the martyrs of the Language Movement of 1952. Cabinet members, the prime minister’s advisers, judges, MPs, foreign diplomats, litterateurs, poets, academics, writers, poets, journalists, Ekushey Award laureates of previous years, and top civil and military officials also attended the event, among others.
