KUALA LUMPUR: PKR Youth information chief Lee Chean Chung (pic) is being investigated under the Peaceful Assembly Act over a memorandum handover to protest the Eagle High Plantations deal at the Felda headquarters here on Jan 6. Lee, together with Felda setler Razali Ithnain were at the Dang Wangi police headquarters here at about 3pm Friday to give their statements. Lee said that the police acted professionally and their statement-taking process was fast. "We were called in for investigations under the Peaceful Assembly Act," he said. Lee said that about 50 people were present when the memorandum was handed over without incident.
