Bollywood film PK became the talk of the town when it released back in 2014. At the end of the film, Aamir's character returns to Earth as an alien, accompanied by a friend, played by actor Ranbir Kapoor. While there wasn't much buzz surrounding the second installment of the film, film-maker Rajkumar Hirani has finally confirmed that a sequel is officially underway, reported Mid-Day. We had shown Ranbir [Kapoor’s character landing on the planet] towards the end of the film, so there is a story to tell. Previously, Hirani directed Ranbir in Sanju, which released in 2018 and was a box office hit.
