Almario, stages Sonik Philippines – the country’s first official international music conference and festival. In partnership with premier music agency Homonym, the event happens on October 4 and 5 at Green Sun, Makati City. It aims to give Filipino musicians a platform to share and improve their craft, connect the local music community with each other and the world, and elevate the Philippine music industry. Speakers from Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong, Spain, Korea, Taiwan and other countries offer more expansive viewpoint on music. Sonik Philippines is also working in partnership with the Taiwan Ministry of Culture, adding various music executives and three Taiwanese artists to the event.
