As there are many aspirants to the topmost House position, Pimentel said term-sharing is just one possibility of breaking the deadlock. ‘’If the terms of the term-sharing deal have been negotiated well and publicly backed up by all concerned then there will be no deceit, unseating, backstabbing involved,’’ Pimentel, PDP-Laban party president, said. In a related development, Pimentel, a former Senate President, also said his party welcomes any effort to “unite” the members of the House.
