PORT DICKSON: The Port Dickson Welfare Department is giving its full attention to the five children whose mother allegedly abandoned them and left them to their devices for the past one year. The officer who only wants to be known as Zulida said the authorities have visited the house to get further details on the family's situation. The investigations by the Welfare Department revealed that the 35-year-old father, did not have a regular job and their 60-year-old grandmother worked at a catering company in Port Dickson. Four out of the five siblings are now at their home while the eldest did not return home since Wednesday. Zulida added the department also wants to ensure that the safety of the children at all time especially the two younger siblings.
