PCC identifies issues surrounding 3rd telco 7 SHARES Share it! PCC Chairman Arsenio Balisacan said they are coming up with a formal advisory to the DICT after holding discussions and public hearings. On the third telco party, PCC Commissioner Johannes Bernabe explained they have identified some issues to ensure that the entry of the third telco will not harm market competition. Bernabe noted that interconnection should be non-discriminatory to ensure that interconnectivity between and among telco players is smooth.
