Mental health nurse Jacob Jerry Kwametse initially faced a virtual misconduct hearing between October 6 and October 15. But, following the scheduled end the Nursing and Midwifery Council updated that Mr Kwametse's hearing had become a split event. The ‘fitness to practice committee substantive hearing’ is related to actions in Oxfordshire. Mr Kwametse, a mental health nurse, was also the director of dormant Swindon-based company PI$O LTD.Set up in 2021 it provides residential care activities for learning difficulties, mental health and substance abuse.
