The Administrative Control Authority and the High Council of State (HCS) have held talks on reviewing the legislative framework governing anti-corruption efforts. The meeting, held on Sunday in Tripoli, brought together the head of the Administrative Control Authority, Abdullah Qaderboh, and members of the HCS’s anti-corruption committee. According to a statement by the Authority, discussions focused on joint efforts to combat corruption, strengthen oversight mechanisms, exchange information and follow up on oversight-related cases. Participants discussed tightening oversight of appointments to senior state positions to ensure fairness and equal opportunity. The report aims to support public oversight by giving citizens access to verified information.
