For the post of vice-president, Puneeta Sethi, Anter Singh Brar and Jagjot Singh Lalli are in the fray. Seven advocates will be elected as HCBA executive members of above 10 years’ standing, 10 as executive members of below 10 years’ standing and one woman member.
