OUR PEOPLE: When Tim Mordaunt and Sue Wetering started a tourism business in Zimbabwe three years ago, people thought they were mad. DAVID UNWIN/STUFF Mordaunt and Wetering met on a plane from the United States to New Zealand. He franchised it with another firm, but by 1991 owned it outright and established his own brand, Property Brokers. It's the second largest privately owned real estate business in New Zealand. He returned enthused about the idea and the first Relay For Life was held in Palmerston North.
