Our People - Ross Shawsupplied Ross and Karla Shaw farm at Reporoa. Ross and Karla Shaw have been farming at Reporoa for the last 10 years and have four young children, Annabelle, 7, Bailey 5, Oliver, 4, and Flynn, 16 months. They have been involved in the Dairy Industry Awards for the last four years, and won the Central Plateau Share Farmer of the Year in 2016. I am also motivated to create an inter-generational farming business that looks after the environment and can provide future generations with the opportunity to be farmers. Our company has purchased a second dairy farm this season and getting systems up and running has been challenging but fun.
