You'll still be able to get through, but expect to share lanes with opposing traffic. "The worst offence in my mind is when someone is in the left-hand turn lane with the intent to turn left. Just before negotiating the turn (to the left) they decide to turn right into the lane beside them followed by the left turn. And half way around the corner they turn on the turn signal. People that use their turn signal way, way too early.
