Opportunity knocks as seasonal workers vacate Blenheim properties

The national cap on RSE workers for 2020-21 was supposed to be lifted by 1600 places to 16,000. Scott Hammond/Stuff RSE workers will be living in purpose-built spaces, finished at a higher standard than what many landlords offer Kiwis. Stuff Seasonal Labour Accommodation Providers (SLAP) purchased the Budge St site in 2018 to add RSE beds to Blenheim.
