Online registration for the universal community testing program starts this Saturday, a medical expert said. Yeung said there would be at least 10 stations at each testing center to collect samples. He added if someone sneezes or vomits at one of the stations, then staff will temporarily close the station to clean and disinfect. The government has recruited about 5,000 medical staff to assist, but testing centers in New Territories East and West New Territories are under-staffed. The universal community testing scheme will start next Tuesday, September 1.
