BAYLEYS All renovation work was conducted within the existing footprint of the home and particular attention was paid to redefining the original state house. Listing agent Mike Lovell of Bayleys Wellington described the home as "a contemporary response to a classic state house" and praised the owners for their "architecturally guided renovation".
