The student flat is known as The Manor. One woman has died and two others are seriously injured after a stairwell collapsed during a party in Dunedin. Otago Coastal police area commander Inspector Marty Gray said the incident occurred during a party at a flat, known as The Manor, on Dundas St on Saturday night. One woman died as a result of injuries, while two others received serious injuries, Gray said. A witness told Stuff a stairwell inside the all-male student flat had partially collapsed.
