Photo: Adam BurnsOne person is dead after a tractor rolled down a bank on a property off State Highway 6, near Cromwell. A police spokeswoman said they were alerted to the incident on Kawerau Gorge Rd, near the Cardrona Roaring Meg Track, at 5.40pm. A Fire and Emergency New Zealand spokesman said two appliances from Cromwell as well as a support vehicle were at the scene. The serious crash unit and work safe have been advised.
