North Korean leader Kim Jong Un and South Korea's Moon Jae-in met in the demilitarized zone separating their countries, planting a tree and committing to pursuing a peace deal. Mr. Moon’s seconds-long sojourn into North Korea marked only the second time he has stepped onto North Korean soil.
