Of the two victims of the incident at DMCH who have no burn injuries, the condition of rickshaw-puller Md Rabiul is critical, said resident doctor Alauddin. Currently, two non-fire victims – Md Rabiul and Md Kawsar - are at DMCH. He was injured after a part of a wall collapsed on him after the first big explosion. He has been a rickshaw puller at Kamrangirchar in Dhaka since last 15 years.
