It’s a far cry from what Department of Homeland Security Secretary John F. Kelly said about the drug Sunday. “Yeah, marijuana is not a factor in the drug war,” Kelly said. Unlike Sessions, Kelly doesn’t have much say in how the United States prosecutes drug offenders.
