'On fire' Governor Mike Sonko has reiterated he will put an end to City Hall cartels that have been harassing matatu operators. In a meeting with the Matatu Owners Association on Thursday, the new county chief said no business person will suffer under his watch. Sonko said he will weed out corrupt groupings in Nairobi and see to it that innocent tax payers are no longer tortured. “My administration is committed to improving the flow of traffic, as pledged in my manifesto, while rooting out cartels that have been extorting and harassing matatu owners for their selfish gains."
