According to police, the girl was found and arrested in Migori County on the 24th of August 2017 and had a mobile phone that was used to threaten Msando. THE CONNECTIONThe late IEBC ICT Manager Chris Msando had previously reported to Central Police Station in Nairobi that he was receiving life-threatening messages, days before his sudden demise. The girl, being found with the tool used to send these messages may be a pointer to finding those responsible.
