Pichai, who is also the Olympic Committee of Thailand vice president, said his goal would be to send eight men and five women, the maximum allowed by a country, despite the International Olympic Committee yesterday stripping the International Boxing Association (AIBA) of its right to run the event at Tokyo 2020.
