Oasis Academy Limeside is shortlisted for Inclusive School of the Year at the schools awards seen as the 'Oscars of Education'. It strives to provide for these pupils with more complex needs in the same school setting as the pupils with less complex needs. Lauren Norris, its principal, said: "I am proud of what all the staff at Oasis Academy Limeside do on a day-to-day basis to make it the school that it is. "Our partnerships and relationships are at the heart of everything we do at Oasis Academy Limeside and this award is for everyone in our community." Emily Charles, the assistant principal for inclusion, said: "I am proud of the dedication the team at Oasis Academy Limeside demonstrates to being as inclusive as possible.
