NewsThe old Puttalam-Mannar Road has been temporarily closed as the Eluwamkulama area is inundated, the Disaster Management Centre (DMC) announced. The area was flooded after heavy rains forced authorities to open two spill gates of the Angamuwa Reservoir. Motorists are adviced to use alternate routes.
