"Ola mentioned extensively about the bike taxi services Uber offered in Karnataka and elsewhere by roping in whiteboard bikes. BENGALURU: App-based cab aggregator Ola on Monday filed an affidavit before the Karnataka High Court accusing rival Uber of flouting the rules of the state, and roping in white board (non-passenger) vehicles to offer taxi services. Uber, the affidavit said, has demonstrated "a complete lack of business ethic. "They continue to offer such services in Gurgaon, Haryana," Ola said, and added that the authorities had issued notices. Uber, the affidavit said, offered motorcycle taxis under the brand UberMoto on its platform where it had been offering private motorcycles — vehicles with white number places, and 120 such bikes were impounded in Bengaluru.
