U.S. oil prices fell Tuesday to their lowest since mid- August as continued unease in stock markets fuels risk aversion and worries of a global economic slowdown. Light, sweet crude for December delivery ended 1.3% lower at $66.18 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. That’s the lowest settle value since Aug. 17.
