CITY OF CALAPAN –– Occidental Mindoro recorded five new coronavirus disease (COVID-19) cases on Tuesday, the Provincial Health Office (PHO) reported. ADVERTISEMENTThe man is in the Mamburao quarantine facility, while the woman is at the Occidental Mindoro Provincial Hospital Isolation Facility. In San Jose, a 48-year-old man, who had a fever, was swabbed on March 22 and tested positive for COVID-19. The PHO also reported eight patients who had recovered from COVID-19, six of them from Mamburao and two from Sablayan. Occidental Mindoro also has 304 recoveries and 13 deaths.
