MP Gideon Ochanda has said he is ready to face off with nominated MP Oburu Oginga for the Bondo seat. Oburu’s close allies told the Star he is keen on running for Bondo MP. He criticised Oburu for holding meetings and crisscrossing the constituency in a manner suggesting he is Bondo’s elected MP. “I am the elected MP. He should give me room to respect him; otherwise, he should be ready for a showdown,” the Bondo MP said.
