County commissioner Fredrick Shisia yesterday said the security team has only banned the use of the Mandera- Garissa road. Non-locals living in Mandera have not been banned from traveling to and from the county on road. People are free to use the Mandera-Takaba-Moyale-Marsabit route, he said.
