(File)An Oamaru woman dealing drugs claimed she was "just the middleman" when caught as part of organised crime squad investigation into the supply of methamphetamine in North Otago. Geary-Hore pleaded guilty to seven charges of supplying or offering to supply methamphetamine and two of possessing a utensil for consuming the drug when she appeared before Judge Tom Gilbert. The 23-year-old defendant had offered methamphetamine to multiple buyers via mobile phone text messages, with police aware of at least two successful transactions between March and October 2020. A set of electronic scales, multiple empty zip-lock bags consistent with those used to sell methamphetamine, and drug utensils were found throughout the rest of Geary-Hore’s home.
