The Department of Transportation (DOTr) earlier said travelers of all nationalities would only be given 72 hours to leave the country. “Non-essential travel by Filipinos from any port of Luzon shall be suspended,” he added. ADVERTISEMENTPresident Rodrigo Duterte placed the whole of Luzon under an enhanced community quarantine, which took effect on March 17 and will be in effect until April 13.
