A spot check by the Nation at Mwadinda and Mwalugulu Primary Schools showed voters waiting for the balloting to start. Voting was delayed in various polling stations in Jomvu as voters threaten to boycott the ODM nominations. At Mwalugulu Primary School polling centre, a sizeable crowd had gathered to vote but were disappointed by the delay.
