Another concern of mine is the inadequate baby nursing facilities in shopping malls and other public places. Once, my wife had to use a stuffy nursing room at one of the shopping malls in Penang and she was sweating profusely. But we must be fair to some of the mall operators and managers of public spaces with nursing facilities. But there are also some good nursing facilities in Penang. We must boast of having First World facilities that come together with a First World mindset although we are not really there yet.
